Silly Poems by "A"

I came across this scraps of paper in which "A" had randomly put down some thoughts. I thought they were very cute and clever.

My Knight in shining armour,
Turned out to be a junk.
He wore a suit all full of dents,
And left me in the dump.

One day I found a Genie,
Who said he'd grant me 3 wishes.
I said I wanted a beautiful girl,
an endless amount of treasure, and a lovely palace.
He said, "I'm sorry,
Those are wants, not wishes".

I asked a bird to tell me why he could fly
He said, "Sure but teach me to drive".
In a week and a day he was driving away.
I reminded him of the bargain.
He simply said, "I flap" and drove away.
